1. 🐔 Acceptance of Terms (The Pecking Order)

By purchasing a ticket, attending our event, or even thinking about chickens while reading this, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, well... you're missing out on the best party in London, but that's your choice!

These terms apply to all attendees, whether you come dressed as a chicken, an egg, or disappointingly, in regular clothes.

2. 🎫 Ticket Purchase & Codeword System

Our unique codeword system is designed to keep things exclusive and slightly mysterious. By requesting a codeword and emailing it to us:

• You acknowledge that codewords are randomly generated and hilarious
• You understand that "MEGACLUCK3000" is a perfectly reasonable password
• You agree not to share your codeword (unless it's really, really funny)
• You accept that tickets are non-refundable (because chickens don't do refunds)

3. 🎉 Event Conduct (House Rules, Legal Edition)

While attending Eggs Night Chicken Party, you agree to:

• Respect all attendees, staff, and any imaginary chickens present
• Not bring actual livestock (yes, this needed to be in writing)
• Participate in chicken dances when requested by the DJ
• Keep your chicken noises at reasonable volumes
• Not throw eggs (we can't believe we have to say this)

Failure to comply may result in immediate ejection from the coop, and you'll be branded a "bad egg" in our records.

4. 📸 Photography & Media Rights

By attending our event, you grant us permission to:

• Photograph your amazing chicken costume
• Use photos/videos for promotional purposes (we'll make you famous!)
• Share your best dance moves on our social media
• NOT tag you if your costume is embarrassing (we're nice like that)

If you don't want to be photographed, wear a rooster mask. Or just tell us.

5. 🍹 Alcohol & Refreshments

We serve alcohol responsibly (even if our party theme isn't particularly responsible):

• Must be 18+ to attend (baby chicks not allowed)
• Valid ID required (chicken licenses not accepted)
• We reserve the right to refuse service to overly-scrambled eggs
• Please arrange safe transport home (flying not recommended)

6. ⚠️ Liability & Assumption of Risk

By attending Eggs Night Chicken Party, you acknowledge that:

• Dancing like a chicken may cause sore muscles
• Excessive laughter may occur
• You might have the best night of your life
• We're not responsible for lost dignity on the dance floor
• Costume malfunctions are your own responsibility

A Curious Invitation and novatrackhub.online shall not be held liable for any chicken-related injuries, unless they're hilarious, in which case we might post about it.

7. 🎭 Costume Policy

While costumes are encouraged but not required:

• Costumes must not be offensive (unless it's offensive to chickens)
• No real feathers from endangered birds
• Inflatable chicken suits are highly encouraged
• Face paint is allowed (beak paint preferred)

8. 🌐 Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously (unlike our party theme):

• We only collect necessary information (email, name, chicken preference)
• We won't sell your data (chickens don't use money anyway)
• We might send you party reminders (you'll thank us)
• You can unsubscribe anytime (but why would you?)

9. 🥚 Golden Egg Contest Rules

If you find a golden egg:

• You must do the chicken dance on stage (no exceptions)
• Prizes are ridiculous and non-negotiable
• You cannot trade your golden egg for actual gold
• Bragging rights are included and eternal

10. 📝 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms whenever we think of something funnier to add. Changes will be posted here, and by continuing to party with us, you accept the new terms.
